Powerblytt Myths – Compilations Series

Powerblytt Myths is a compilation series that presents remixes of electronic music intended for the dance floor. Musically it is diverse, not unlike many releases in this genre. The design for this album cover draws inspiration from music compilations of the 70s and the 80s. Many of these albums would have a woman on the cover, objectifying her. Instead of objectifying a person, this cover shows an actual object. The strategy has been reversed.
Over the course of a year various objects was supposed to promote the Powerblytt Myths series, but the Powerblytt label has been in sleep mode since the first and only release. Hopefully the series will be completed. See the photos of the different objects created for future releases.
